What to expect?
For an Emsculpt Neo treatment, you will come into the spa for a 30 minute session. We will have you lay down comfortably on a table and place the paddles on the area of treatment. We will then turn on the HIFEM and RF and begin the treatment. You should expect to feel muscle contractions and a warm sensation, but no pain!
Afterwards, you may feel a little sore.
How does it work?

HIFEM stands for "High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Energy." These are safe and non-invasive radio waves which are able to get down to the muscle and simulate contractions. Just like when you work out, contractions cause the muscle to bulk up and build new fiber pathways. The really interesting thing about the HIFEM technology is that is stimulates all of your abdominal muscles at once with greater force than with conventional workouts making it highly effective in just a short 30 minute treatment.
